"Got what I ordered"
Everything showed up just how I ordered it. The size was right, color matched the pictures, no problems there. Shipping took a little longer than I thought it would, but it was fine. Anyway

"Pretty comfy suit overall"
I’ve worn this suit for a full day it’s comfortable. Not stiff or scratchy, which I really appreciate. The pants fit nicely too... probably my favorite part of the set. I just wish the jacket had a little more room, especially when moving around, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Description was way off"
I ordered a suit from Suitsupply because the description made it sound like it would be a slim fit with a soft, comfortable fabric. When it showed up, I felt a little embarrassed trying it on because it looked so boxy on me, and the material was way rougher than I expected.

The color was off too, much darker than it looked in the photos or how it was described. Maybe someone else wouldn’t care that much, but I felt misled and kind of silly for getting my hopes up. I returned it, but the whole thing was just frustrating.

"Nice suit, but I’m not totally sold yet"
I bought a suit from them it fit well. No complaints there. But I do wish they were a bit more upfront about where everything is made and what the worker conditions are like. They’ve got some sustainability info, yeah, but it feels kinda surface-level. Overall, not a bad experience, I just think they could be more transparent

"Support kept promising help, but nothing happened"
I had a frustrating experience with customer service after an issue with my order. It took ages to get any kind of reply, and when they did answer, it felt like the same copy-paste response every time. They kept saying someone would follow up or that it would be sorted soon, but none of those promises actually went anywhere. In the end, I basically had to figure it out myself. The suits might be fine, but the support experience really put me off ordering again

"Checkout was quick, but I still had a few annoyances"
Checkout itself was quick and the payment went through without any real issues. That part was fine, honestly. I just kept getting annoyed by the same little things on the site, like having to double-check stuff and wondering if everything actually saved. It worked, it was fast, but those small annoyances kept popping up again and again.

I’m not totally sure if it’s just the style or the sizing, but it felt a little smaller than I expected. I’d probably consider sizing up, especially if you’re between sizes.

"Gift card turned into SUCH a hassle"
I bought a gift card thinking it would be easy, but after making a return, it somehow turned into this whole store credit mess. The staff kept giving me different answers, and online support took forever to get back to me. it felt like they were making it way harder than it should be to use MY OWN MONEY. I definitely won’t be buying gifts from here again.

"Good suit, easy online experience"
Well... I ordered a suit from suitsupply online and overall it was a easy experience. The size guide was actually helpful, and the jacket fit better than I thought it would. Shipping did take a couple days longer than the estimate, but it wasn’t a big deal. The packaging looked nice, and the return info was clear if I needed it. I’d order from them again, I just wish the tracking updated a little faster...

"Shipping was fine, just slower than I’d hoped"
I ordered a suit and the delivery wasn’t bad, but it definitely wasn’t as quick as I expected. Compared to other places I’ve ordered from for around the same shipping cost, this felt a bit slower. The tracking did update, but not very often, so I was kind of guessing when it would actually show up. The package arrived in good condition and nothing was damaged, so no complaints there. I just wish the shipping speed felt more worth the price. Overall, it was okay, just not especially impressive.

I had my suit taken in and the sleeves adjusted, and it fits so much better now. I’m really happy with how it turned out. The only thing is I was expecting clearer instructions on the process and timing, but overall the work was great.

"Wedding party coordination felt all over the place"
Trying to coordinate our wedding party was kind of a mess. We kept getting different answers depending on who we talked to, the sizing info came in late, and it didn’t really feel like anyone was keeping track of the group order. It just made the whole process more stressful than it needed to be.

"Packaging was underwhelming"
I ordered a suit from suitsupply.com, and the packaging felt a bit disappointing. The box showed up slightly crushed, and when I opened it, everything inside looked kind of rushed, like it was just placed in there without much care.
For what I paid, I was expecting the whole unboxing to feel a little more premium. Nothing was actually damaged, which was good, but it did not make the best first impression.

"Looked good at first"
The suit looked really nice when I first got it, but the fabric started wearing out way too quickly and a few seams began coming loose after not much use. Disappointing honestly.

"I really liked the selection at Suitsupply…"
I really liked the selection at suitsupply. They’ve got the classic suits if that’s what you’re after, but you also see more modern cuts and colors that don’t feel plain or boring. I was looking for something to wear to a wedding, and it was easy to find a suit that still felt like my own style. You can tell the designs are sharp without looking like they’re trying too hard. I’ll probably come back next time I need a suit.

"Looks Sharp at First, But Just Okay Overall"
My snap judgment after trying the Suitsupply suit: it looks good right away, but I’m not totally sold. The fabric feels decent, just not as nice as I figured it would be for the price. It also starts wrinkling quicker than I expected, which is a little annoying. Not a bad suit by any means, but it feels average.

"Easy Return, But Refund Took a Bit"
The return process itself was simple and hassle-free, which I appreciated. To be fair, everything was handled properly, but the refund did take longer than I expected. Overall, it was a decent experience, just wish the money came back a little faster

The staff were nice and helpful, but the fitting ended up taking longer than I expected. I get that things can run behind sometimes, but it would’ve been nice to get a quick apology or at least an update while I was waiting
